PLEASE FILL IN THE MEDIA ACCREDITATION REQUEST!

The press credential serves the purpose of covering Simple Session contest.

In order to apply for press accreditation to Simple Session 21, please fill in the application form. The deadline for applications is August 10, 2021. All applicants will receive an answer by August 12, 2021.

Please note that due to a high number of requests and limited spots for media at the venue, it is impossible for us to guarantee press access to all the good people who send us their applications. Established publications and photographers/journalists are served first.

PRESS ACCESS

Simple Session 21 press credential grants:

– entry to the arena during training days and during both contest days;
– access to the riders lounge of the arena;
– access to the press room with internet connection;
– Entry to the Simple Session parties (18 years and up)
– accredited photographers will receive a PHOTO access badge (instead of the general PRESS badge) and will be allowed on the contest course during Training Days and Qualifications.

Due to limited space and security considerations, access to the contest course during the Finals is reserved ONLY to official STAFF photographers and LIVE broadcasters, with only a select few extra course spots for additional photographers (organizers reserve the right to allocate positions). However, there are spots around the course during the Finals, from where it is possible to take close photos and film video, as well as anywhere across the arena.

To enter Simple Session, You must present a Covid passport of a negative test. Please check further from our Health & Safety page.

The accreditation fee for non-partner outlets is 30 euros and will be paid upon registration at the venue (invoice or cash). Press delegates of official media partners – please contact press@session.ee for your confirmation.
